Sessions covered <strong data-start=\"197\" data-end=\"215\">grant pathways<\/strong> (eligibility, documents, where to apply) and <strong data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"295\">taxpayer registration with URA<\/strong> (why it matters, how to enroll, assistance channels). The through-line: <strong data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"441\">reliable Ugandan Sign Language (UgSL) access and trained interpreters<\/strong> are the first step to fair service\u2014without them, information gaps become service gaps.
