The work is <strong data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"299\">Deaf-led<\/strong> and aligns with this year\u2019s theme: <strong data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"383\">No Human Rights without Sign Language Rights<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"396\">Why now<\/h3><p data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"700\">Recent public use of UgSL has become <strong data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"475\">inconsistent and sometimes inaccurate<\/strong>\u2014circulated by unvetted sources and ad-hoc interpreters\u2014leading to confusion and reduced access.
