Yet deaf learners still struggle, with poor performance in national exams pointing to gaps in teaching and support.<\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"670\">The <strong data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"448\">Uganda National Association of the Deaf (UNAD)<\/strong> calls for a multilingual approach that prioritizes <strong data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"532\">Ugandan Sign Language (UgSL)<\/strong> and cultural sensitivity.
