Their motto, <strong data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"485\">\u201cNothing about us without us,\u201d<\/strong> shows why real progress comes when deaf people lead and allies stand beside them.<\/p><p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"771\">UNAD\u2019s programs empower deaf youth, women, and rural communities to claim space in education, jobs, and society.
